Closing Workshop

On March 17-18, 2022, the closing workshop of the CUTE project will be held at Mains d’œuvres in Saint-Ouen, an emblematic speace showcasing the current creative and participatory dynamics happening in the Plaine Commune area. The workshop will gather not only project research teams from Una Europa cities, but also affiliated students and local stakeholders dealing with the questions of heritage in urban peripheries.

During two round tables, stakes and opportunities of cultural heritage in researched urban peripheries will be presented and discussed, as well as will be the manifesto on the topic the research team prepared. Exchanges between the research team and local stakeholders will enable drafting the final version of the manifesto, which will outline challenges and opportunities for heritage of urban peripheries, as well as the next steps for the project.

There will also be a walking tour, during which participants will have the opportunity to visit some of the most significative places in Saint-Ouen, revealing current heritage and urban dynamics in the area.
